Solution Dance is run by John Welch, the Artistic Director of the JohnC Art Ballet and the creator of the Cradle Method, an innovative approach to the art of classical ballet.  He has extensive experience working with injured dancers, and his alternative methods promote rapid progress in all levels of dancers, from the beginner to the professional.

He nurtures well-rounded, healthy dancers capable of adapting easily to different styles and ranges of movement, due to a comprehensive understanding of their own body structure and abilities.

He works with all body types and believes that anyone who has the desire can become great.  He does not believe in the stereotypical ballet body, and teaches his dancers to be healthy physically, mentally, and emotionally.
